    *Vintage Signed 'Tina Segal' Pronged Rhinestone Beauty Pageant Tiara.
    Sparkly (same size) square, prong-set rhinestones with 3 larger rhinestones at the top (My camera doesn't do it justice!)
    Gold-tone metal. Solid backed stones set on an adjustable frame. No damage with no rhinestones missing. Two 1.5" combs on the ends of the band to secure it in place.
